{"id":10989,"date":"2024-11-12T08:00:40","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T05:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/?p=10989"},"modified":"2025-08-13T10:41:27","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T07:41:27","slug":"important-notification-12-11-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/important-notification-12-11-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Important notification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>12.11.2024<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>To the attention of economic operators approved by the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania who carry out activities in the field of medical devices<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nIn line with Order of the Minister of Health no. 566\/2020 on approval of the Methodological rules for application of Title XX of Law 95\/2006 on healthcare reform, the marketing activities and the activities related to the provision of services in the field of medical devices subject to control by approval are the following:<br \/>\na) the import of medical devices;<br \/>\nb) the distribution of medical devices;<br \/>\nc) the installation and\/or maintenance of medical devices.<br \/>\nThe operation permit issued in accordance with Order of the Minister of Health no. 566\/2020 is valid for a 3-year period from the date of issuance, if the conditions on which the permit was issued remain unchanged.
