{"id":11813,"date":"2020-04-09T09:00:32","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T06:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/?p=11813"},"modified":"2026-03-06T11:41:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T08:41:37","slug":"important-notification-09-04-2020-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/important-notification-09-04-2020-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Important notification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>09.04.2020<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>To the attention of interested persons<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nIn addition to the NAMMDR important notification published on 18.03.2020 on submission of documents, requiring limitation of the Registry Service\u2019s activity, to the utmost extent possible, here are some clarifications about streamlining the document reception activity of the Clinical Trials Directorate (DSC).<br \/>\nThese refer to the following:<br \/>\nThe submission of documents to the attention of the DSC shall be done as follows:<br \/>\n1. electronically, as follows:<br \/>\n\u2013 letters of intent, payment forms and various notifications shall be sent to registratura@anm.ro;<br \/>\n&#8211; the documentation related to substantial amendments or clinical trials shall be sent directly to the DSC, using the Upload platform, selecting the Clinical Trials Directorate as the recipient, mentioning the registration number written in the payment confirmation; the documentation shall be sent by archive.<br \/>\n\u2013 the documentation related to authorisation of healthcare facilities as clinical trial sites shall be submitted directly to the DSC, using the Upload platform, mentioning the full name of the healthcare facility and the valid contact e-mail address;<br \/>\n\u2013 the documentation accompanying notifications shall be submitted directly to the DSC, using the Upload platform, selecting the Clinical Trials Directorate as the recipient, with the specification Notification + brief summary, e.g. DSUR, unimportant amendment etc.<br \/>\n2.
