{"id":12289,"date":"2026-08-17T08:00:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T05:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/?p=12289"},"modified":"2026-09-03T08:36:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T05:36:28","slug":"press-release-17-08-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/press-release-17-08-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Press release"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>17.08.2026<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Notification on the implementation of the National Alert Management System (NAMS)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania (NAMMDR) hereby informs on the on the implementation of the National Alert Management System (NAMS), a new component of the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS), now available to all end-users in Romania \u2013 pharmacies, wholesalers and hospitals.<br \/>\nThe NAMS platform aims at a more efficient and transparent management of alerts within the NMVS and facilitating communication between end-users, the Romanian Medicines Serialisation Organisation (OSMR) and the NAMMDR.<br \/>\nThis new system introduces a more efficient, transparent and structured way of managing alerts:<br \/>\n\u2022 Viewing the alerts in real time;<br \/>\n\u2022 Adding comments, supporting documents, or photos directly in the system;<br \/>\n\u2022 Applying the correct resolution for each alert;<br \/>\n\u2022 Viewing all alerts, including history and status update.<br \/>\nThe architecture of the NAMS represents a significant improvement compared to the current workflow, which relies mostly on weekly reports.
