{"id":9723,"date":"2022-07-25T08:00:47","date_gmt":"2022-07-25T05:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/?p=9723"},"modified":"2023-01-09T17:24:10","modified_gmt":"2023-01-09T14:24:10","slug":"important-notification-25-07-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anm.ro\/en\/important-notification-25-07-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Important notification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>25.07.2022<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>To the attention of in vitro diagnostics laboratories in Romania and all interested parties<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe European Commission Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety (DG SANTE) officially launches a call for applications for the designation of EU reference laboratories in the field of in vitro diagnostic medical devices, in line with Regulation (EU) 2017\/746 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices.<br \/>\nIn accordance with Article 100(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017\/746, applications can only be submitted by Member States through the competent authority.<br \/>\nLaboratories intending to register in order to be designated as an EU Reference Laboratory must strictly comply with several requirements and application deadlines.<br \/>\nMember States are requested to submit registration applications for designation by 31 March 2023, 12:00 CET.
