To the attention of all importers, distributors and users of medical devices
The NAMMDR was informed about a theft which occurred in Belgium on 10 April 2025, involving a truck carrying Juvederm from Pringy, France to Roermond, the Netherlands. The investigation discovered that 25 out of 26 pallets were stolen.
All stocks remaining at the manufacturer AbbVie, France of the affected batches, as well as all remaining devices in the truck, which have not been stolen, shall be destroyed.
